Why does she love what she does? Perhaps because she was born to it. Certainly because all her life expriences have led her to this vocation.
As a child, Claudia wanted to be a teacher, so it was no surprise that, when she went to college, she chose to major in English with the intention of teaching English. Upon graduation with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, Claudia found a job teaching in a small school system in Pennsylvania. During her summers, she attended classes, working on her Master's Degree in Education, earning that degree in 1970.
After teaching eleventh grade English for several years, she married and began a series of moves around the country, landing eventually in Michigan at a time when the prospect of finding a teaching job was grim.
The logical thing to do, therefore, was to change careers. A job interview led her to study for a real estate license, and her new career was launched: real estate sales. While this was a fascinating job, the market eventually became very soft in the early 1980's, and supporting a family with a regular paycheck became essential.
Never straying too far from real estate, Claudia found a series of jobs, including one doing closings for a local broker. From there, she moved to a job with a title insurance company processing closing packages. The next step was to work for a relocation company, assisting people in finding a home as part of their job relocations and assisting client/companies in selling the vacated properties. Each of these jobs provided greater insight into the field of real estate sales and broadened her understanding of real property ownership and the real estate profession.
Finally, in 1985, Claudia found the perfect job, one that used her skills in writing and teaching as well as her understanding of real estate. Using her skills and knowledge, Claudia has since written numerous outlines, books, and courses that she uses, today, in her real estate school to train real estate agents.
After 8 years creating classes and teaching at another real estate school, Claudia, in 1993, set out to establish her own school. The result was Real Estate Professional Education Group, LLC, and its goal was to provide excellent real estate education in an interesting format at a reasonable cost. At this she has succeeded. Twelve years later, Real Estate Professional Education Group, LLC truly does provide Real Estate Education with a DIFFERENCE.
